How do I apply?

Click here to begin your account creation. Fill in the required fields and click on submit. We will then send you DocuSign forms that need to be completed and approved before you will be able to login. There is no cost for applying on RENUGO.

Can I apply if I am located outside of the United States?

Yes, if you are applying as an international user on RENUGO, we require some form of official documentation that shows the purchase is for export so we can provide sellers with proof that they don't have to charge sales tax on the purchases you make. This can include an exporter's license, registration with the department of revenue with your country, or a business registration form.

Please note you will need to agree to the terms and conditions for any auction outside of your registered country.

What is a reseller's certificate and why do I need it? Do all states require a reseller's certificate?

A reseller's certificate exempts buyers from paying sales tax on their purchases. We never collect sales tax, and only sell to buyers who have state issued reseller's certificates. Users in any state that has a sales tax must submit a reseller's certificate to be approved on RENUGO. This may also be called a Seller's Permit, Sales Tax License, Sales and Use Tax Permit, Certificate of Authority or a similar name for your state. US buyers will be asked to provide an EIN is a federal identification number, but a state issued certificate is required for approval on RENUGO.

Why hasn't my account been approved yet?

Please allow up to 72 business hours for your application to be approved. If you have not been approved, it is likely because we have not received the completed DocuSign forms from you or we need more information from you.

Do I need to create an account on RENUGO?

You do not need to register to browse the site. However, in order to buy from us, you must create a RENUGO account, complete the DocuSign forms and be approved.

Can I buy from RENUGO if my business is based outside of the United States?

Yes, any business can buy from RENUGO. If you plan to export items, you are responsible for ensuring they are eligible for export and that you comply with all applicable requirements. On limited occasions, certain auction/listings prohibit shipment of items outside the United States as well as other country restrictions. In such cases we will indicate any restrictions in the listing.

What payment methods does RENUGO accept?

We only accept wire transfer. Once an auction has ended the winner will be emailed instructions on how to pay and other next step instructions. Wires will only be accepted from the buyer that registered on RENUGO.

How can I keep track of newly listed inventory that matches my needs?

Simply select your product preferences when you register on RENUGO.You will receive inventory notifications whenever new lots arrive based on the product category you want. Choose as many preferred conditions, categories, and lot sizes as you like. You can update your preferences and opt in or out of notifications at any time.

How much does shipping cost?

We do not charge shipping, all buyers are responsible for arranging their own shipping on all transactions, and certain auctions may only be available to buyers in specific countries.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days following order confirmation and payment.

What if there is an issue with my order upon delivery? Should I refuse the order?

If there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us within 24 hours and do not refuse the order, or else refusal charges will be applied. No refunds will be issued for orders refused at delivery or for failure to schedule delivery with our third-party freight carrier.

What if I have an issue with the merchandise I receive?

We stand behind the accuracy of our auctions, both in terms of condition and composition. If there is a difference greater than 2%, please email us at support@RENUGO.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 1-2 days with next steps. We aim to resolve all disputes efficiently and fairly.

Can I return merchandise?

We cannot offer any returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please do reach out to our Customer Service team.

What currency is used on RENUGO?
